. . . . . .. that boa was born here in 2006 to one of my Pucallpa pairings.. Photos from today. . Thanks! .
.. I got this import Guyana redtail last year. She was not as large as advertised, only about 10 feet, not 14 feet.. 10' or so is big, 14' is B-I-G... plus she would not eat as advertised (at least for me).. But she's doing well now, gaining weight, shedding and (apparently) still growing.. . . .. I say 'apparently growing' because despite great progress she is not at all a tame or handle-able
. .. what the (brand new) babies of a nice pair of Peru snakes like that look like.. . . .. after shed.. . . .. Peru boas born here are mostly predictable in pattern and color. They look like their parents, which also looked like their parents.. Boring? Not to me.. :teeth: . Have a great day.
.. that Suriname boa won't stay still for ANYTHING.. but for some reason she liked the top of that cross-box enough to let me take a few shots. . . . . . . . These snakes were born and raised here, photos from today .. the female is 2 meters, the male (last image) is about 1.6 meters. . Thanks for looking, have a great day!
