5. What are you using as your heat source? 2 heat mats. 1 medium uth under tank. 1 uth on the side for the upper level.
6. Do you have any method of regulating the temperatures? Thermostat
7. How many hides do you have for your leo? What are they? Humid hide on warm side, dry hide on warm side, log hide in back middle of tank, 1 slate dry hide on cold side
8. What food have you offered? Crickets, mealies, and a rare wax worm
9. How often do you offer food? Nightly
10. Are you supplementing the food? If so, with what and how often? Calcium w/p d3 every feeding, calcium with d3 every Thursday, repti-vite every Sunday

13. She is constantly trying to escape after a prior escape. I have since fixed the problem area of her cage, but she is still trying to get away. She fell about 4 feet during that escape and that has me worried. She walks fine, eats very well, and poops every night. Also she has been swaping poop corners irradicly. 2 out of 3 nights she will poop in the corner opposite the last.
